イギリスのテクノ、エレクトロニック・ミュージック・ユニット。1995年のデビューアルバム「Exit Planet Dust: さらばダスト惑星」、代表的アルバム「Dig Your Own Hole」の大ヒットを皮切りにロックとダンス・ミュージックを融合したトラック・メイクで数多くのヒット作を世に送り出す。主な楽曲スタイルはビッグ・ビート／デジタルロック（デジロック）。
